Drop & Merge — Terms of Use

Drop & Merge is a free game made and published by Elixisis ("we"). By playing it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. What you may do

You may install and play Drop & Merge, free of charge, for your own personal enjoyment, on any device you own or are allowed to use. There are no accounts, no purchases and no subscriptions.

2. What you may not do

You may not sell, rent or republish the game or parts of it, pass it off as your own, or use our name, icon or artwork to suggest that we endorse something else.

3. Who owns what

The game's code, artwork, sound, text and the name and icon as we use them belong to Elixisis.

4. Your progress

Your progress and settings are saved only on your device. We have no copy and cannot restore them if you uninstall the game, clear its data or change device. See the Privacy policy.

5. Health and safety

Photosensitivity warning. Drop & Merge shows moving patterns and brief flashes of light. A small number of people can have seizures or blackouts when they see certain patterns or flashing lights, even with no history of epilepsy. If you or anyone in your family has had such symptoms, speak to a doctor before playing. Stop at once and seek medical advice if you feel dizzy, have altered vision, eye or muscle twitching, or any involuntary movement.

Long sessions and fast, repeated tapping can strain eyes, hands and wrists. Take regular breaks, and stop if anything hurts. Do not play while driving or doing anything else that needs your attention.

6. No warranty

Drop & Merge is provided free of charge and "as is". We try to keep it working well, but as far as the law allows we give no guarantee that it will always be available, free of errors, or suited to a particular purpose. We may change, update or withdraw the game at any time.

7. Our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the loss of saved progress, arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing in them takes away rights that the consumer-protection law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived.

8. App stores

If you got Drop & Merge from Google Play, that store's own terms also apply to the download. These terms are between you and Elixisis, not the store, and the store is not responsible for the game or for supporting it.

9. Changes

If we change these terms we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
